Research
An important role of the research program is to evaluate how well Spectrum programs are meeting their goals and to provide feedback to staff and other stakeholders about the findings.Currently we are conducting :
- a longitudinal study of the outcome of residential group treatment
- an effectiveness study of outpatient group treatment using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- a study of prevalence rates, co-morbidity patterns and service utilization of persons within Victorian mental health facilities who have been diagnosed as having a personality disorder.
