Lived Experience
Embedding Lived Experience of Mental Health within Spectrum
At Spectrum, we recognise the importance of lived experience in shaping better mental health services. Our team includes people with firsthand experience of personality disorder, complex trauma, and suicidal thoughts, as well as carers who have supported family members, friends or significant others through these challenges.
We believe that we’re on a journey that continues to grow through intentional and meaningful inclusion. By working towards centring lived experience in everything we do, we aim to develop pathways to more responsive, compassionate, and person-centred care across the state.
