Compliments and Complaints
Feedback is a vital component. It fosters a culture of continuous improvement, enhances employee engagement, and drives innovation.
We welcome and encourage people to give us feedback about their experiences. Your feedback is important to us and helps us know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. You can provide feedback in different ways.
- Firstly, we welcome feedback in therapy sessions so that we can collaboratively work through this and repair misunderstanding and mistakes that may have occurred.
- If this is not possible, we welcome feedback to the managers either via phone or email ([email protected])
- There is also the Eastern Health feedback service if it is not possible to speak with your therapist or the manager ([email protected])
Please note in the interest of workplace safety and wellbeing, all Eastern Health staff will not respond to threatening or abusive phone calls, emails or messages. Abusive language including swearing, racist or sexist language, and threats directed at our staff will not be tolerated.
