Costs
Where an eligible person receives Spectrum Eastern Health services, no charges will be raised.

In Victoria, Australia, individuals experiencing borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex mental health conditions can access essential public hospital services at no cost, provided they meet eligibility criteria.
This is particularly good news given the current economic challenges many residents face. This commitment to free, accessible mental health care helps support Victorians navigating financial constraints, offering hope and healing without the burden of cost.
A referral is needed from a Victorian Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (AMHS) clinician before an assessment can be considered at Spectrum.
For those already engaged with AMHS, a referral to Spectrum can be made for further assessment and treatment.
