To access Spectrum's services, you must be referred by a clinician from a Victorian Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (AMHS). Your eligibility will be assessed based on the criteria set by AMHS, ensuring that the support provided aligns with your specific mental health needs.
Once a referral is received, an assessment will be scheduled to determine the most appropriate treatment options for you. We encourage you to stay in contact with your referring clinician for updates and to discuss any concerns you may have during this process.
