Spectrum is part of Eastern Health, and as such adheres to strict privacy policies and complies with relevant legislation, including the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic), and the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 (Vic).

Staff are bound by confidentiality agreements and professional codes of conduct. Our computer systems are secured with passwords, and regular audits are conducted to ensure there is no unauthorized access to client/patient records.
