BPD Awareness week - free workshop

On 1 October, join our lived experience peer workers for a two-hour workshop, designed specifically for people living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and/or Complex PTSD (CPTSD) during BPD Awareness week.

Together, gently explore how to build a simple, 30-minute morning routine that supports emotional regulation and nervous system healing—using trauma-informed, evidence-based practices like yoga, gratitude journaling, and mindfulness.

You’ll leave with a simple morning routine to try at home, along with your own journal and yoga mat to help you get started. This is a supportive, peer-led space - no prior experience required. You're invited to attend as you are, wearing comfortable clothing and participating at your own pace.

Morning tea will be provided, and the cost of the event is FREE!
