Spectrum’s 2026 Conference brings together clinicians, mental health professionals, peer workers and researchers who support people living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex trauma. This year’s event focuses on the real‑world challenges of responding to severe and persistent suicidality and self‑injury, offering practical, evidence-informed strategies drawn from leading clinical expertise and lived‑experience perspectives.
Held on Friday 27 March 2026. the conference will explore effective interventions and structured treatments, including Good Psychiatric Management (GPM), Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Attendees will gain valuable insights into how clinicians, families and service systems can work together to better support people in acute distress.
